Kagoshima Tenmonkan's Kaishun Misa Danran purchases only the freshest fish that is recommended for that day and season from the market, making it satisfying to see and even more satisfying to eat.
My father, who has been a connoisseur of fish for over 25 years, purchases fresh fish from the central market every morning.
